TRAY WASHERS
Unifortes tray washers are suitable for cleaning trays in different sizes and materials: hard plastic, soft plastic and polystyrene. The Basic line is suitable for use with lower quantities, which with a number of basic options is perfectly suitable for less complex washing issues. The Industrial line is completely customizable, modular and can be integrated into the logistics process.

POT WASHERS
Our Industrial line of washers can be used perfectly for pots in different sizes. This can even be arranged in such a way that the washer washes different sizes of pots at the same time, making the industrial pot washer multi-usable. Due to the carousel-shaped design, the basic pot washer can be used perfectly for washing smaller quantities.

BOX WASHERS
The Unifortes box washer is made of stainless steel and is ideal for cleaning a wide range of roll containers, euro containers, DOLAV containers and pallet containers. This washing machine model is equipped with an automatic door, on which the product is placed for cleaning.

EGG WASHERS
Unifortes egg washers are modular in nature and designed to achieve flexible capacities and washing results. The egg washer can be perfectly placed in-line with various egg crushers, egg packers or sorters from the industry. Each egg washer consists of a washing rinse and drying module and can be equipped with an oiler to guarantee the shelf life of the washed eggs.
Available up to 24 lines with capacities ranging between 4000 and 288000 eggs per hour

EGG TRAY WASHERS
The Unifortes egg tray washer is specially designed for washing 30 cell egg trays such as the Eggs Cargo System (ECS). This machine can also be equipped with automation and drying solutions to optimize speed and efficiency. Our 30 cell dual-line egg tray washer is the fastest in its class on the market.

CAR WASHERS
Unifortes offers trolley washers in different widths and heights. The unique design has a transport height of only 350mm, which makes it possible to place the machine directly on the production floor.

BUCKET WASHERS
With Unifortes bucket washers, you can easily achieve any hygiene standard and capacity requirement. The importance of clean buckets is undeniable for extending the vase-life of the cut flowers. Our bucket washer is available in two variants: basic and industrial – the latter can be fully integrated turnkey with automation.
